Woodworking activities involve the use of tools, machinery, and materials that may present risks if not handled correctly.
Participants will receive safety instructions and are expected to follow the workshop’s safety guidelines and use tools only as instructed.
The workshop organizers reserve the right to stop or remove any participant who does not follow safety instructions or whose actions may place themselves or others at risk.
By signing this form, the participant or parent/guardian confirms that they understand these conditions.
Indemnity & Participation at Own Risk
Participation in woodworking activities involves inherent risks.
By signing this form, the participant or parent/guardian acknowledges that participation is voluntary and takes place at the participant’s own risk.
The participant or parent/guardian releases and indemnifies the workshop organizers, instructors, and venue from liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during participation.
Where a parent or guardian signs on behalf of a minor, they consent to the minor participating in the workshop.
